    Hey there,

    I'm evaluating Chatter and it looks promising. A current SnapperMail user, on the Rogers network I provide the SMTP address smtp.rogerswirelessdata.com with no login credentials. However, with Chatter Authentication fails every time.

    Are there any Chatter/Rogers users out there who have overcome this?

    Try checking "No Auth" in the SMTP Profile.

    Thanks for the quick reply Marc.

    I neglected to mention that I do have No Auth checked.

    I do notice that even though there is no password assigned, the input box indicates -Assigned-. Is this by design?

    It defaults to the POP/IMAP password. Can you send me a log of a failed send (instructions in the FAQ at www.chatteremail.com)?

    At some point during the 'debugging' process, all seems to be working now.
