    Hi, I am having a Hotsync problem and sure it is XP driver related. Everything worked fine until yesterday. There is no recognition of my Treo by the computer and when I try to fiddle with the Hot sync manager, it comes up with an error meesage that says there is no COM port avaialble for use. I talked to Dell and they had me erase a couple of USB items from the device manager but that did nothing - still the same error message. Any ideas on how to proceed? Thanks...

    Same thing has happend to me several times. This solves the problem for me: turn HotSync Mgr off, re-boot the computer, turn HotSync Mgr on.
