I am struggling with my new Sandisk 2 GB SD card- I have two 1 GB cards (MM) that have worked flawlesly but my sprint/treo 650 refuses to recognize, format, or rename my new 2 GB card- I also cannot input data either.
I've seen things you people wouldn't believe...

Circuit City has 2gb SD cards for 74 right now. I think there is an additional 5 bucks back from rebate.

Thank you for ordering from us, and I apologize for the confusion. The card that you received is a Toshiba OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) memory card. Manufactured by Toshiba, and sold without any retail packaging. We buy them in bulk directly from the manufacturer, so they come unbranded, and since we sell on the Internet and we are not in a retail store, we do not stock packaging and labeling. They are 100% compatible, identical in specifications of memory capacity and data transfer rate, and will work perfectly with your system. ATP does not manufacture their own secure digital flash memory - ATP uses Toshiba-manufactured flash memory inside their cards. Please try the Toshiba memory card, and if you are unhappy with it for any reason we will be glad to give you a full refund on the item.

Does this sound legitimate? On the web site everything is branded with a picture.
How's this card working? Looks like they can be had for under $90 shipped for a 4gb SD.

Amazon.com has 1gb San Disk Ultra II plus USB on sale for ~$45 with free shipping. Just picked one up and thought I'd pass the info around. These are over $60 everywhere else. The card seems to work great so far...

Regarding ATP/Toshiba cards, I have a 1GB Toshiba and tried a 2GB PNY that reported out as a Toshiba as well. Both cards are pretty slow (write speed 15 by VFS) but other than that the 1GB has held up well. No experience with 4GB yet but I'd like to find something with a more reasonable write speed before I invest again.
