    Hey Treo - Heads...

Really liking my Treo... have had it since October and still learning more and more about it .

My Treo has been dropped MANY tims and is a bit scuffed up and looking less than mint!

    My question....
Is it possible to exchange the plastics on a Treo Phone? If so if anyone has links to purchase them.. it would be greatly helpful.

    Thanks and happy treo-ing !

... and that little-known phenomena (judging by the response to this thread) called "economic of scale".

$4 for a screw is kinda steep. The screws on military aircraft aren't even that expensive(and I'd know).

    -10 cents for the screw.
-390 cents to pay a guy to go pick it out of a bin, write your name on an envelope and mail it to you.

Oh it is worse than that...
The shipping and handling is another 4.99(lowest price option)

    So an $8.99 screw!

There are a lot of people hanging around the Port Authority who charge WAY more than $4 for a screw....
    Factory unlocked/unbranded GSM 650 - Tmobile; FW: 1.71; SW: 1.20-ENA; Carrier DB: 255; HW: A

If I'm repeating what someone has already said look at how long the thread is and ask yourself if you really expect me to read the whole thing.

but then again your going to walk away with a lot more from that screw..and most unreturnable!

I've never been a huge fan of insurance on cellular phones, but considering what the Treo 650 is (my life in a plastic case), I definitely got it this time around..

    I suppose hindsight is 20-20.

way i see it, if you are dumb enough to lost that particular screw, you deserve to be screwed far more than 4.99 (shipping excl.). lol.
