    This has been happenening for about 2 weeks. I try and get on the web or use chatteremail and the phone can't seem to find the data services. I either need to turn the radio off then back on or I need to to reset the phone to get the data to work. It has now increased and is happening 3-4 times a day. any suggestions?

    You can install a freeware program called ResetNetLib, available in the downloads section at mytreo.net
    It will do the net reset withoug an actual reset of the entire system.

    Are you losing the 1xrtt "arrows" that show your connection to the network? Or does it appear you have a connection and for some reason it cannot connect?

    I have this same problem infrequently. It appears that I have a connection yet I can't get my XPressMail or get on the net or use DA. I turn off the phone (red button), turn it on immediately, and all data connections work again.
    A minor annoyance but still it would be nice for it to go away.

    I have ResetNetLib and it usually doesn't work on my phone. I still need to hold the phone button to turn off and then turn back on. I also use chatter and when it asks for a manual update it usually always gets stuck trying to connect.

    Yes, i have the green arrows. It is a minor thing until it happens over and over

    I am having the same issue- I believe the problem is on sprint's end- but not even tier 2 tech support was able to help. I have not had time yet to try and get some one in engineering.

    Very annoying. But my reasoning for blaiming the netowrk side is that this has been happeing to me ove the last 4 months- with roughly 3-4 different devices. (all on same number)

    I will post in this thread if I ever get anywhere...
