I have a complete Sprint 1.13a ROM w/ FAT32, but can't test since I am using GSM. Need someone to test it. U wanna try it out? I can customize the ROM if u need.

I'm pretty Treo literate but the ROM is the one thing I never messed with, not even sure where to start doing a custom one or I would be happy to test yours.

Windows defaults to the FAT32 when you go into Format. You need to look at the properties of the card to see what it is currently.

Hmmm - look at this post - http://discussion.treocentral.com/sh...6&postcount=92

I'm in the process of restoring apps - one by one.
It's a job - but not really a big deal

Download the Sprint 1.13a Full ROM w/ FAT32 from here:

<ROM deleted. Updated Sprint 1.13a ROM available here.>
    http://discussion.treocentral.com/sh...&postcount=567

    1. Backup Treo
    2. Using card reader, rename PALM folder on SD card to PALM-old
    3. Copy PALM folder in the zip file to the SD card.
    4. Hard Reset
    5. In Palm Launcher, insert SD card. . . Wait. . .Phone will reboot a couple times
    6. When u get to touchscreen calibration, remove SD card. Calibrate.
    7. Hard Reset (to be safe)
    8. Restore Treo

You shouldn't have any problems with power run.

If there is a problem w/ the installer then it'll error out and leave your current ROM untouched. http://discussion.treocentral.com/im...lies/smile.gif

My file system says "RAW." My card is a Kingston 512. Any ideas?
I've heard that polar bear steaks are tough, but maybe if you marinated them in beer they'd turn out all right.

Do I need to rename fat32.prc to fatfs.prc??
    Thanks

Remove the SD card from the reader & reinsert it. Wait 10 secs then open the card properties.

    3. Save the downloaded zip file to your computer. Extract the PALM folder & copy this to your SD card using a card reader.

Its a full ROM w/ FAT32 driver. It has all the apps that the official installer has. It can be customized if there is demand.

If you ever update your Cust3 ROM with FAT32 please let us know... that's the one I think I want to load.

    Much appreciated, James.
