I've got trial versions of mRing and RingPro to check out, but I can't seem to figure out the best way to get the mp3 from my computer to my phone (and then ideally to my SD card). I've tried emailing them to myself but when I open the mp3 attachment in Versamail the only option I am given is to import it into RealPlayer. How do I simply download it to my device, or to the SD card? There's got to be a way to do this without using a card reader to transfer the file from my computer to the SD card. Right?

Edited to add: I'm running Linux (FC4) and using JPilot and pilot-xfer to sync stuff, so Windows desktop programs won't be any help.

Card Export II will make your Treo act as a USB flash drive, which I believe should work with Linux. Then you'd be able to transfer directly to the card.
