I tried searching for this about 10 different ways, I am sure it is here somewhere but I sure couldn't track it down.

On non smartphone Palm PDA's, such as my old Tungsten E, they had a silk screen area. One of the icons allowed you to search the entire set of databases / docs etc to find things such as text strings or numbers. I used this a lot to determine if a telephone number showed up on my cellphone that I didn't recognize or to find a name etc.

Since the T650 does not have a silk screen, does this mean that we have lost the ability to search the databases? If so is there some 3rd party program that will do this?

OK. I am feeling silly. I actually opened my owners manual, and found the answer in a couple of seconds. I didn't think to look at the keyboard.

You Press the Option key and the Shift/Magnifying Glass keys to open the find app.
