Finally a compact and convenient GPS solution for your Treo 700w. Simply plug this small GPS receiver into your smartphone's SD slot, and you will have instant access to both 512MB of storage (perfect for storing maps, so they don't full up your primary expansion card) and a state-of-the-art SiRF Star III GPS chipset. The Star III GPS chipset provides higher sensitivity, lower power usage and a more rapid time-to-fix.

Since the GPS receiver is inserted into and powered by your smartphone, you can easily use the receiver wherever you go - whether hiking, sailing, biking, flying, or driving. Perfect for in-car usage: simply insert the GPS when needed, and put it away when you don't need navigation. The powerful Start III chipset ensures that you get great reception anywhere in your car, not just on the dashboard.

No navigation software comes bundled with the receiver (other then a basic longitude, latitude, heading, speed display etc), but any Windows Mobile navigation software that offers GPS functionality works with the receiver, so you can easily find an application that fits your needs.

They claim they are working on a Palm OS 5 driver - as soon as it is done we will add 650 to the compatible list.
