My local big box computer store had one of the new BT 2.0 adapters for USB, and with the ranges they were touting (up to 25m or so, I was skeptical and excited, of course IF they can keep the important rules of low power intact. Range almost ALWAYS means power. Anyway, the rep showed me their store brand model, and IT's rated upto 45m!! (this is not feet, not a typo). Seems the addition of an antenna makes a HUGE diff. But it's BT 1.2!?!? Hmm, ok so I take it home, not expecting much since the Treo has like .5m range(j/k), and guess what? It works! Not 45m, but a LOT more than I expected. More to come.

What's the details of the device, please?
HP has officially ruined it's own platform and kicked webOS loyalists and early TouchPad adopters to the curb. You think after you drop it like a hot potato and mention it made no money and is costing you money, anyone else wants it??? Way to go HP!!

And some people are fools to keep believing their hype. HP has shown they will throw webOS under the bus and people are still having faith in them??? News flash: if it's own company won't stand behind it, it's finished!
