ROM is de-compressed into RAM, which is the same RAM used later for dbcache.
The smaller is the ROM, the larger is the "free" RAM...
RAM is not "partitioned" in a strict sense, but just "shared"...
Application in ROM or in RAM "uses" the same amount of it...
