    I just got a 650 yesterday after having a 300 for over 3 years.

I'm looking for a recommendation for a case (skin or whatever they're called) that will protect the screen. I prefer something that is form-fitting and will allow me to carry the 650 in my pocket.

I used a neoprene holster for my 300 for a couple of years and then just started carrying it in my back pocket or shirt pocket.

    Thanks!

Hey - congrats on the upgrade. I just switched from a 300 last week. I love the 650 ecept I am having a tough time with the keyboard. Seems a lot more cramped than the 300.

I boought the Seidio skin/holster/battery cover combo for my 650. I really like it. Gives a good grip on the Treo and minimal added bulk. Before I always felt like the little 650 was going to fly out of my hand while I was typing.

    good luck.

I use the Krussel classic multidapt case. It is slim, covers everything, and all functions are still functional. Great case.

I agree...this, over-all is the best case. I tried others. All have
their pros and cons, but this case is the bomb IMHO.

I think you can order them here at TreoCentral or MyTreo.net

One more vote for the Krusell. I used the Krusell 600 case with my 600, and the Krusell 650 case was the first accessory I bought when I got my 650. It's an excellent case with a slim fit.

Note that there are 2 versions of this case available -- if you want screen protection, get the "screen enclosed" version:

Personally, I prefer the 'open screen' model with a screen protector applied.
The reason...some icons, functions, etc. close to the edge of the screen require a harder screen tap, when using a stylus! Also, the clear cover on the screen model will tend to pickup dust, lint, etc. underneath which you will have to clean from time to time. With a separate screen protector, that will not happen.

Hi Dave! You definitely make a good point: Some folks don't like the enclosed screen version of the Krusell (for the reasons you mention).

I've found the screen cover can be stretched out *slightly*, making it easier to use the touchscreen edges. I don't find that lint is an issue with the enclosed screen, but my Treo generally travels well-protected in my handbag or laptop backpack (fewer close encounters with lint).

For someone like me who doesn't like stick-on screen protectors, the screen enclosed Krusell works well. But, as you noted, it's all about personal preference.
