    Anybody tried this program?

It has notes, voice memos, etc... Looks good, thought I might try it since the 650 doesn't have Notepad on it...

The same basic functionality it is included in Agendus.

I run Easy Notes inconjunction with Agendus, (as a Iambic Forum Team Member) but usually don't do a lot of voice recording with it. When we were beta testing it I had an issue that was related to a bad SD card. I was recording everything to the card and get garbled info back.....but it was resolved by a change of card immediately.

There are very few "errors" reported with it over at Iambic and most are the older devices.

Yes, I saw that, but was confused about compression files, Lifedrive, ROM, SIM, etc..

I see the links in the first post, are they the latest ones? Do I pick Rom or SIM? Do these links include the compression files I need? I guess the fear of all the resets scared me away from trying it....

Can you clear up the steps for me and I'll give it a go...? Thanks.

Question - Do I install the compression files first or at the same time?

    2) Do I remove them after installing Notepad? Will they interfere withanything else?

EasyNotes is very nice, appearance wise and feature wise.

One major problem; it does NOT search from the Palm search function. Not outside of the program and not from within the program. Very annoying.

Why, you say, it searches Memo just fine, and it's the same data! Sure it is.. And that's at least somewhat of a workaround, but if I want to open the search results in my intended program (EasyNotes) then no, this doesn't work.

Also, the Agendus people apparently couldn't care less about it, responses in their EasyNotes forum are pretty much completely ignored.

You can install all the files at the same time. Use a program like FileZ or Resco Explorer to move them from the SD card to RAM.

Just leave them in RAM, don't remove after installing Notepad.

the easiest way since you dont have a card would be to email the zip file to your versamail acct. then open it from there.

Doesn't look like it's a paid upgrade, but it STILL does not work with the Palm Find function.. Unbelievable!

Seems like EasyNotes took over the Home button from ZLauncher. I can't figure out how to undo this, so I removed EasyNotes
