I wonder if there is any way to list this in the 600 / 650 /700 some apps may not work in 700.
  5. #65
I think we need to revise the list again as many apps seem to not work fine with Treo 700p.

Basically it means the thread is "stuck" to the top of the page(by a mod) regardless of when the most recent post was made. Normal threads slip further to the bottom of the page the longer they go without a post.

    I can't just list six....

    Freewares:

FileZ still a great freeware file manager app

Graffiti Anywhere essential if you want to write on the screen and bring up the command line bar.

KeyCaps600/650 important when you don't want to keep fumbling with the Shift keys.

LEDOff stop that annoying blinking light.

MemInfo lets me know when DBCache is low.

MinutesPLUS keeps track of cell phone usage

mReset to do the manual soft reset when my DBCache is low

NoAlarms temporarily disable alarms from ringing during a meeting

QuickPhone easy and quick way to input contact info and numbers into the address book.

RescoLocker locks problematic apps to prevent crashes due to NVFS.

    SoundRec makes great voice recording.

STOIC (Stay On in Cradle) stops the Treo from dimming when it's connected to the cradle.

Timing have up to 13 different timers set and running.

WatchMaker great looking clock and alarm application

    Commercial/shareware:

Datebk5 the best datebook application imho

    AeroPlayer great mp3 player

Audible listen to audio books and periodicals while doing anything anywhere

Card Export essential if you want to access and transfer files on your SD card to computer.

Can anyone tell me why TreoGuard is identified as freeware on this list? The website (http://www.geakware.com/treoguard/) clearly identifies it as a purchase product...

It was listed in post #30. And I second all kudos to HandyShopper. I use it all the time to creates list for of course shopping, to rate wines, to keep track of apps to try on my Treo, different ToDo lists, etc...I've been using it since my first Handspring and it is one of my essential apps. The only improvement would be an integrated desktop conduit.
