Is there a way to sync two different outlook calendars to my Treo? I would like to put home and work calendars on my treo, but doesn't seem possible?

I use Beyond Contacts to Sync with my home and work computers.

I use Keysuite. I have several calendars that I am able to sync with. I have my calendar for my main job, one for my employees (days off, sick days, scheduled days), one for my boss, and one for my small business. Works great!

Regarding Beyond Contacs or Keysuite: Do they allow you to keep home / personal contacts off of a work PC, and work contacts off of your home PC, while putting both on your Treo?

Does either support Outlook 2003's ability to have two separate calendars defined, and sync with both (while keeping the calendars separate on Outlook)?

    Thanks,

    Bob

I may have found a solution. A partial one at least, and maybe a complete one. Haven't tried it yet, but I will in the next few days. (I'm going to be REAL busy at work this week, so it may actually be next week.)

Below is a tech support reply from Chapura. In Outlook 2003, you can create multiple Calendar folders. Only the main folder in Outlook is shareable to other Outlook users, so if you create a new Calendar named "Personal", no one else will be able to see it when viewing your calendar. You can also hide it on the screen, so someone looking over your shoulder won't see it, either. This doesn't do quite what we want, as it will still put the entries from your home computer on your work computer. But at least you'll be able to keep them hidden and separate from your work calendar.

BUT: Reading the message below, I came across this phrase:

    9) From the "Synchronization Type" screen, select the desired
Synchronization Action, and click on the "Next" button.

I suspect that one of the Synchronization Types is the standard Palm "Do Nothing." If so, that means you could have both personal and business appointments on your Treo, and set the personal category to "Do Nothing" at work, and the business Category to "Do Nothing" at home. This would sync only the personal at home, and only the business at work. The drawback, I guess, is that if you already use multiple categories in your calendar you might have to change the way to handle them.

I'll let you know what I find when I get a chance to test it.

    Bob,

PocketMirror Professional XT will allow you to sync multiple calendar
folders into your Treo 650. It will keep the 'folders' in your
    handheld
separated by category so you will be able to tell which appointments
    are
in "Calendar" folder and which are in the "Personal", or second, folder
    you are syncing.

Steps to sync multiple Calendar folders:

    1) Synchronize your handheld at least one time after installing
    PocketMirror Professional.
    2) On your PC click "Start/Programs/PocketMirror/PocketMirror
    Settings".

    3) From the "Chapura Settings" screen, select the handheld user name
    you
wish to edit, and click on the "Settings" button.
    4) From the "Change Synchronization Preferences" screen, select the
"Outlook Calendar" application, and click on the "Change" button.
    5) From the "Preference Settings for Outlook Calendar" screen, select
the "Categories/Folders" topic on the left side.
    6) Click the "Advanced" button on the bottom right. This will open the
    Category Links Wizard.
    7) From the "Category Links" screen, click the "New" button to create a
link to an additional Outlook Calendar
    8) From the "Handheld Category" screen, enter the new handheld category
name (This name will show up on the handheld, as a separate category),
and click on the "Next" button.
    9) From the "Synchronization Type" screen, select the desired
Synchronization Action, and click on the "Next" button.

    10) From the "Outlook Folder Selection" screen, select the Calendar
folder to synchronize with, and click on the "Next" button. The folders
available will be in bold text.
    11) Click on the "Finish" button, exit Chapura Settings and
    synchronize.

    12) After the HotSync is complete, to display your main/default
    "Outlook
Calendar" on the handheld, tap on the "Unfiled" category.

NOTE: If you do not already have your Categories set to show in the
    handheld:
    1) Open the Calendar application on your handheld
    2) Switch to the Day View by tapping on the box with the single dot
    3) Tap on the Menu Icon (or tap on the date in the upper left)
    4) From the Record - Edit - Options menu select "Options"
    5) Under Options select "Display Options"
    6) With "Day" selected, put a check in the box that says "Show Category
    List" and tap OK
