I'd like to keep some of my calls private with people in my family (and no I am not having an affair). I am looking for an application that will hide any trace on a phone call weather incoming or outgoing. Especially in the quick list that comes up when you hit the green phone button twice.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Why not just delete the records from the call log? This also removes them from the redial list.

... Then they came for me, and there was no one left to speak out.

I assume it blocks caller ID (i.e., your number doesn't come up on the receiving end).

I wonder if callfilter has an option that does this?

Anyway, there is also the Phonetools pro suite for more powerful call history management:

I don't think you are able to just delete single records from the call log, can you? So when he calls his 'just a friend' lady, he would have to delete all the logs I think.

Yeah, you could hard reset the phone after getting off the phone with your 'just a friend' lady. But as mentioned above, the number will still be available on your bill, assuming you have detailed bills sent to you.

You can delete a single record from the call log. Just hit menu->delete item.

well crap, I assumed you couldn't delete an item, for some crazy reason. You're right, it's there. There you go William Heine, just delete her calls from the log as they happen.
