    I've had my 650 for about 6 months now. It's been working like a charm. I only had maybe two soft resets in all that time until recently. Now it either soft resets or locks up about 6 times a day. Nothing has changed though. I haven't installed any new software. What's going on?

    Oh yeah, it's the Sprint version.

    Well, something's changed. If you've no idea what might be behind it, the best method for diagnosis is:
    1. Hotsync to back up the Treo
    2. Rename your desktop /Palm/<username>/Backup directory
    3. Hard reset the Treo
    4. Hotsync

    That'll load your PIM data without any of your 3rd party software. Use it like that for a day; the resets will probably be gone. Then, reinstall your apps, a couple at a time, testing as you go.

    Puppy,

    How much free memory do you have on your Treo? If mine gets below 2MB it gets a bit flaky. My girlfriends one has the same thing - usually as a result of camera pictures filling it all up.

    And what's your current firmware version?

    What are the crash errors you get? After a crash, dial ##377# and report back what you have. That'll help with the diagnosis.
