    Hi,

I've tried searching the boards for an answer to my problem but can't seem to find a solution. I recently lost my memory card over the weekend and I'm not sure why this happened but when I switched out my batteries all my preferences and passwords were lost. Also, any apps that require my Treo to log on to the internet (Blazer, Verichat, Versamail) are not working. I've tried doing a soft reset and turning the radio off and on and I'm still having the problem(s). Is this problem caused by the missing memory card?

I've now ordered a new memory card and will have to rebuild my preferences and reenter my passwords, since my backup was on the card I'd lost! I'd appreciate any help or advice.

    Thanks.

    -Mike

What do you mean, exactly, by, "...any apps that require my Treo to log on to the internet (Blazer, Verichat, Versamail) are not working..."? Does the process of signing on to the network complete? What happens?

Yes, it doesn't 'sign on' to the network. In Blazer, I try to go to a webpage (Home, bookmark, etc.) and it doesn't pull up anything. I have the toolbar at the top with a blank webpage loaded and there is no 'busy' indicator. When I try to get my GroupWise e-mail through VersaMail, I get an 'Unable to Establish PPP connection'.

What happens when you launch the Preferences app and go to Network? Do you have any available Services? What are they? What happens if you tap Connect?

I went to my Network preferences and 'PCS Vision' and 'Sprint Provisioning' were listed under Services. I selected PCS Vision and hit 'Connect' and it logged on. I should have known to check my settings.

Thank you so much for your help!
