    Pfizer sells and an over-the-counter headache medication named Treo in a few European countries including Denmark and Sweden. The drug is a big seller for them. Palm actually uses Treo with Pfizer's consent in those countries at Pfizer has held the trademark long before the Palm Treo was around.

    Are EU copyright laws more strict than the US? I was under the impression that, in the US at least, similar/idential names could exist as long as they were sufficiently different in nature such that a consumer would not confuse them. How many people are going to confuse a phone/organizer with a pill?
