    I have a headache from the useless vision support people at sprint. "soft reset-hard reset-take it into the store"... They are useless. But maybe this one is a toughy because I haven't seen anything on these boards addressing it.

    When I used to save a video clip from the internet I would get the choice to save it to "pics and video" or the "card". It also would tell me the size of the file.

    Now, the choices I get are to save to "web" or "card" and the file size always says .03k. It never saves. What is going on here? Where did the "web" option come from? and where did the "pics and video" option go?

    Anyone?

    Did you upgrade your Docs2Go to version 8? If so....search these boards, there is a solution on the dataviz web site. I haven't upgraded yet, so don't recall the fix myself.

    Followed the instructions on the link and it did not help.

    Just deleted Docs to Go altogether and everything worked as normal.

    I need Docs to go so I'm going to load it again. If things are still screwed up I'll ask for my money back.

    Are there any alternatives?
