I'm running TAKEphONE on a Treo 600 with Verizon and have the redial pref checked. But I'm not getting a redial. I'm also running CityID but I don't think that will have any effect on the redial function.

    Any ideas?

p.s. Also, when I miss a call and the Treo's missed call screen is displaying, then I get a voicemail and the TAKEphONE voicemail screen is displaying over the Treo missed call screen, pressing "Listen" doesn't call voicemail. Not sure if there's any relation here.

    Hi,

CityID may indeed interfere with the redial action.
I will have to check this out.

Same oes for the voicemail thing.

Problem is I am swamped with work right now, so please "nag" me in a week or two...

    Thanks Shimon!

In the meantime, I'll try to save you a bit of work. I uninstalled CityID and tested both scenarios again but no change. Neither the voicemail nor the redial worked.

FWIW, I have never been able to get the redial function to work. Both pre and post City ID install (presently using City ID).

I would like someone to run a test for me.

Please let me know if you are willing to install a test utility for me that will display some call-logging info.

    my email is contact@shsh.com

    Thanks

The redial option does not work on Sprint... Its not TAKEphONE.

    Hi,

    Thanks !

This does make sense - since I got test results from Hoovs, and what I saw reported by the device was ->Start of dialing->connected->hangup
So it seems that Sprint reports the busy signal as connected, and thus TAKEphONE can not differentiate it from an answered call, and do auto-redial.

    Sorry...
