I just got the 2 gb sandisk sd card and my laptop, an hp zd7000, can't read it!

Is there a way to dump files onto the 2gb sd card from my laptop to the treo 650 when the sd card is in the treo? The types of files are mainly media files.

Is there some sort of application that can do this?

Or would I have to to just get myself a disk reader?

    Thanks!

You can use Card Export II or the Palm File Browser.

It can be a defective card. Have you try reading another card with your pc card reader? You may need to format the card prior to using it.

Older card readers sometimes have a problem with 2gb cards.

Thanks for the replies. I am going to try this when I get home. I know the card works because the treo sees it and so does the hot sync software.

I hope I dont have to buy an sd reader.

Try formatting the card in FAT16. That resolved issues I had with my adata card.
