Do we need to buy memory cards from Palm that are specifically SD/MMC?

There are some great deals on the internet that sell SD Flash Cards... Will they work just as well?

(I am interested in getting a 1Gb card from:

    http://www.semsons.com/hagsyssecsdc6.html

They claim that it will work with my palm!!!

    Will this card work?

    Thanks,
    K

    Get better prices here

I bought a kingston 512mb card and it worked great. Currently, I'm using a 2gb card from adata.

I'm not sure whether non-palm means non-palm branded or non-palm compatible. I don't remember having to worry about hardware platforms when I buy flash memory cards, and branding only matter in terms of quality. I had bad experience with 2 sandisks and 1 lexar a while back. I like kingston and so far I'm very happy with my new adata card.

I think that just means we need either an SD or MMC card; both are compatible.

AFAIKAFAIKAFAIK, any standard SD or MMC card is compatible, I just went out and bought a Transcend 1Gb SD card and it works fine.
