    Anyone remember the Psion netbook? Seems to have most of the capabilities of the Foleo (apart from the sync and linux capabilities) but with a longer battery life.

    Then again, it came out 1999/2000 (I forget exactly when). I had one in 2000 and loved it to pieces.

    I wonder what Psion would have done if they'd stayed in the game. Oh well..

    FWIW, Psion is still in the game. They are now Symbian. The current Symbian OS (as on the Nokia's) is the modern EPOC OS.

    Okay - what I meant was if they hadn't closed off their hardware division. The Netbook was a really funky piece of kit at the time.
