    This tidbit is new:

Foleo will feature a 10.2-in. screen and weigh just over 2 lbs., according to the release. It will also provide Wi-Fi connectivity.

Since when did RIM get 100% penetration AND 100% market share?

All I can say is after all this waiting is

    Yawn!!

I'm glad I broke down and just upgraded my 650 to a working 700p in the form of a blue 755p. Wake me up when the next truly innovative Treo arrives. Yeah I want a lapper replacement but I want it in one device. All I need is a slightly larger screen, faster internet Wifi capable, a stable multitasking OS, with decent battery life and some good applications. I really don't need revolutionary device, I need a solidly evolved Treo bulit upon continuous improvement, not major steps backwards like the 700p.

We assume it's portable, is it? how big it would be?
I wish it would be a touch screen, that way you could include an in screen keyboard, as old palms did, or use your finger as a stylus
While we are on accessories, why not a WiFi Hardware for Palm Treos connected via Bluetooth

I am so excited but also kinda worried that this remarkable new device will not be something I need nor will want. Don't let me down, Palm!

Methinks they have given up on fixing the Treo, and will certainly not release updates for existing Palm and WM devices. The fix might be a new Linux Palm Treo announced today...

Dude, a 10.2" companion for my Treo? I already have one, it is called my laptop!

Please let reality be better than this announcement... let the demo that Hawkins will present at 'D' kick azz or else, Palm has lost all direction...
Ode to the Treo Pro: you had to look so good, you had to be HTC in disguise...

No kidding! This really surprises me. I must be missing something because it looks, and seemingly acts, like a dumbed-down laptop.
