    No. webOS is not open source platform. You can't do this.

    The Touchpad is over but webos is very much alive.

    While we're at it, why don't we port windows 7 to the amazon fire!

    Oh, wait, did someone say it's near impossible to port a "closed source" piece of software to a new device?

    Well bugger-all ;p.

    I don't see webos going anywhere at this point. Unless HP cares to open source the whole she-bang it's dead in the water. On the same coin, I think there's plenty of people who wouldn't mind seeing open-source enyo as well.

    Ahh well - ripe fruit left to rot on the vine. Dark days.
