TabCo turned out to be Fusion Garage - the company behind the ill-fated JooJoo tablet - and they recently unveiled their new android kernel based mobile OS called GridOS and 2 devices that run it, the Grid10 (10-inch tablet) and the Grid4 (4-inch phone).
