How can we kill update notifications on the touchpad

Does anyone know how to kill update notifications in webos? Iv'e got Cyanogenmod alpha 2 installed and don't want the webos 3.0.4 install to screw it up, I also have a sideloaded game (naughty I know, a mate installed it for me) which keeps telling me there is an update available.

So if anyone knows a way to stop these annoying messages please let me know.
