Wife moving Pre 2 to iPhone 5

Subject says it all, I got her to hold out this long but the battery on her firesale Pre 2 is a year old and tired so she wanted a new phone. I upgraded my Pre 2 battery after about a year so I may be due soon.

What needs to be done to help her transition to the new phone?

I think her calendar and contacts are still syncing to Google, not the Palm backup server, and she uses AOL Mail (it is an address she has had for a long time).

Thoughts and pointers?
