    1- I do not understand why this subforum is opened under SmartPhone. This device is a Pocket PC Phone Edition (also the Treo). SmartPhone do not have touch screen and the OS is a lot smaller and "incomplete".
    2- 240x240 screen is a big problem. There are a few games and programs that are prepared to handle properly this screen size.

    It's using "smartphone" in a generic sense, not as "MS Smartphone".

    That's because MS trademarked the word "smartphone" and "embrace and extend" to its own use. It's just as retarded as Pilot pen sued Palm for "Palm Pilot". We are not going to suddenly stop using the word smartphone becuase MS redefined it.

    Rewriting programs to fit a 240X240 screen is alot easier than reengineer the Treo to fit a 240X320 screen. Whoever wants to make money off the 700w users will do it.

    Here we go...I've had this dinosaur (yet capable and worthy dinosaur) since October '03 and I couldn't wait any longer. After my third call to Sprint customer service this month for billing mistakes and hardware problems I threatened to leave. Ten minutes later I had my late fees waived, 5% off my monthly bill, and a free PPC-6700 on its way in 3-5 biz days. Should I be this giddy about a new smartphone?
    Sprint Treo 600 (since October '03) --> PPC 6700 (exactly 29 days) --> Sprint Treo 600 --> Sprint Treo 700p --> BB Curve 8330.
