Wow! This thing does look pretty nice, though perhaps a bit thick:

I always like to see more PalmOS smartphone options. A slide out thumbboard would have been nice, but I think they're probably targetting the consumer market more than enterprise. Any thoughts?

HAHA! Okay thanks Mr. Unofficial monkey mod! I've merged them, but I'll use my more descriptive title though...

I saw that article this morning on BH (yes I still visit, but sadly, aside from a cricket or two, there's not much going on in the PPC forums anymore.) Was going to post it myself, but michaand beat me to it.

    Looks interesting.

About time a new Palm OS based phone came out! It looks quite slick- I like it. Wonder what specs are under the hood....

Did anyone else notice this oddity:

PiTech is the world's first PalmSource-certified original design manufacturer (ODM). As such, it hopes other companies will release devices based on its smartphone platform.

Is Palmsource getting into hardware? Is that how we'll be getting our Palm OS smartphones from now on?

What is that "split" in the casing at the bottom - is this a stealth slider, or just a sinking fastball?
