So I have moved on from my Treo 650 (too much of an impulse buy for me)

Until a time when I can afford a Treo again i'm looking for a GSM phone with the following features.

    T-Mobile if possable
    Camera (For fun of it)
    BT
Syncing with PC computer (for calender and contacts)
Strong web browser (not just wap sites)

I'm willing to do Windows moble, Nokia OS (i cannot spell it), or whatever
Looking to spend ~ $100 - 150 and i'm in no rush to buy one.

I've heard some good things about the HTC Tornado but it looks to start at $200. Anyone hear of any other good phones?

    Thanks, Timmay

Any of the Nokia Series 60 Symbian OS phones would do. For TMo, the model would be the 6600, I believe and I think it even comes with Opera pre-loaded. The Nokia PC Suite sync software is pretty good. I think the 6600 also supports SyncML for over the air sync. As an added bonus, you get uncrippled BT DUN for your PC, and the ability to add lots of apps if you choose. Plus Nokias are known generally for good phone reception.

You should be able to find it for free or even at a profit with a TMo contract.

What about the 6620 unlocked? It has EDGE and seeing how T-Mobile just rolled it out I would like to take advatage of that. What are the difference between the two models?

    Thanks, Timmay

The 6620 supports GSM 850 for Cingular/ATTWS (and EDGE, as you note). Otherwise, I think they're the same.
