    Hey guys,
just wanted to let you know of a new site dedicated to Pocket PC Phones. PocketMonkey.net
We're just starting up but we're on our way to being the premiere site for Pocket PC Phone Edition users. The site is still in the works, but so far we've got our custom software hosted and are soon opening a public beta for SMSPro and TweakPPC660x. Stop on by and say hello. Be one of the first to get your hands on the ultimate PPC SMS manager this week! SMSPro ScreenShots!

Please make a rule to keep the signature portion of your post down to a few lines. HoFo is way out of hands on this point. you read a post of 2 lines and then scroll through two pageses of their cars, web sites, blog sites, and history of devices they own. Byte Wasters

^are you talking about my sig, or the hofo rules...if you are talking about the hofo rules...oh cripes man i agree...ive turned them off its annoying and a waste of loading time

well i think he was talking about your signature hofo_mofo. i dont understand replying to posts to attack someone's signature... but back on topic-
the site doesnt look busy but there is a lot of stuff going on behind the scenes in private forums for prep of the public beta of SMSPro. We're also in process of gathering up our "intelligence" efforts for news stories and editorials/reviews.
the other cool thing is that we are using the treo's one handed 5-way interface as a starting point for the app's usability.

OMG!!! It's 1970 again! Quick, convert all the dates you can back to 2 digit years, we can't waste precious bytes!

Especially since they cost a buck for a billion of them.

I'm sure the mods will get right on that for you.
    I'm back!

i saw the screen shots for kenundrum, and well i cant picture using a device that doesnt allow me to SMS like how i can on my Treo 6x0 and with a BB...ie it shows a history...

yea, the built in ppc app used pocket outlook and formats the messages as emails. the devloper had a treo 600 and then i got him a ppc-6601 and he saw the need for something similar to that on the treo- only he took it a step further.

    -edit-
to clarify- i'm not the smartphone fairy, the developer is a co-worker and i administered our mobile device support.

see examjple Here No HoFo I donít mean your signature. My point was/is to just keep the interface quick and clean. Thatís it not pointed at you in any way. In fact yours is tame compared to others, It was just a suggestion I didnít want to hijack the post with dribble.

    Iím out
