LuneOS is based on Sailfish in some way isn't it? I wonder how difficult a port would be?

No it isn't. We're all based on Android with libhybris & QT on top. That's where most of the comparison stops. We share a few other bits here and there :-P

We use QtWebEngine based on Chromium/Blink and they use something based on Firefox. Our apps are mainly web based (Enyo 1/2), theirs mainly QT (c++ and QML). We have some too, but a lot less :-P

Porting shouldn't be too hard though :-P

Thanks for clarifying. I misinterpreted something from an article on PivotCE about getting apps from Sailfish to mean more than it actually did.

We both use Qt so can run Qt C++ and QML apps. They have their own UI components called Silica which aren't officially open sourced. Without those many won't work out-of-the-box.
