Anyone have any new word on this gadget, or if anyone plans on getting it?

I think it seems mega-cool, but i'm not sure what i'd gain from it. We already carry around our phone numbers, calandars, emails, etc etc etc.

But man.. a watch with an OS! We could customize look of the watch face to no end! But I guess I don't see the point of having 2 palm OS devices that are sync'ed together. Anyone see any real productive use for this device?

My dream device would be a watch similar to this, but it wouldn't be a wholely contained Palm device. It would be a kind of "remote display" that communicated with your palm via Bluetooth. That way you could read and dismiss alarms, read caller IDs (your phone has BT too), and perhaps view your schedule. Anything more involved would require your handheld, but having the most readily needed info on your wrist at all times would be great. It would be similar to the Microsoft Mira software.

I think if it gets internet access then it would be worth getting. Otherwise, any Palm, PocketPC, or JAVA Phone would be much better. I was told, and tried, this download for my HP 3800, this
application rocks. It shows realtime STREAMING data , bid, ask, prev close, charts, et..... It is unreal!!!!! I got the 30 day trial.
You must try it if you want to keep intouch with your stocks etc.....
I think the site for an easy download is www.hillcast.com
