    Does webOS fall under Linux or Other or both? As long as Android is available to manufactures for essentially nothing we will see continual stream of new hardware being released using it. The one company OS will keep falling behind.

    I almost busted one when I saw Android's difference between last year and this year. 1.4 million to 20.5 million? *******! Those guys must have been bustin' em out all day when they saw those reports.

    There were on average 225,000 Android activations a day in Q3 up from 116,000 a day in Q2.

    That's a crazy big jump in just a few months...Seems they also sold way more than Apple. Not too long ago wasn't apple telling everyone that they were activating more phones than google per day, AND accused google of using upgrades in their activation numbers?
