    Is this possible?

Is Virgin mobile GSM or CDMA? If it is GSM, it is as easy as buy an unlocked Palm Pre Plus or buy a Palm Pre Plus at AT&T without contract and unlock it. If it is CDMA, it may be possible if VM accepts Sprint's ESNs

    Virgin Mobile uses CDMA.

I really doubt you would be able to get a Pre activated on it though. VM is one of the strictest pre-paid providers out there. Even their OS is extremely locked down... Kinda makes me miss Boost Mobile lol.

    Not true.

Virgin Mobile USA is CDMA (now owned by Sprint)
Virgin Mobile exists in other countries as GSM (i.e. Australia, etc.)
