The iOS 4 update isn't playing nice with the original iPhone 3G.

Watch the very first iPhone ad (1st ad out of the 4 in this clip)

Now watch it on an iPhone 3G, updated to iOS 4.

    Note to Palm:

When webOS 2.0 is released, we are hoping for LESS lagginess on our Pre and Pixi phones.
    Just an FYI.

note to HP a crappy update that ruins the utility of my phone will make me feel like I'm being played, and force me to consider alternative manufacturers when I do update.

If it does do that, then I would assume they would exclude the Pre/Pixi from the further updates (similar to Apple's policy).

after my brother updated his older 3G to iOS4... it took up to 20 seconds to open a txt mesage thread that had a long history... everything was now 5+ seconds to do anything.. I had to wipe it and put 3.1.3 back on it. iOS4 should NOT have been allowed to be on 3G Phones.. but i guess it will FORCE people to upgrade to new phone
