I have a Pre+ on Verizon right now, with the free 5GB Hotspot.

I love webOS, the contract is pretty new, I'm not leaving this phone for a while. But since I have the mobile hotspot, I want to pick up an old phone with wi-fi to keep with me to use Android.

    This sparked the idea:

    1) Can this be done?
    2) Which phone should I get? I was thinking something like the Touch Pro 2, load 2.1 on it maybe.

Which version of Android did you run? I found a youtube video and 2.0.1 looked sluggish.

I think I'll try to find an HC HD2 instead.

Why not just buy an Android phone, instead of a winmo phone that needs to be extensively hacked to put android on it?
