I have had both services ( chicago metro location) . I couldn't wait to cut loose from a t & t . My experience was one of paying too much for too little. Sprint was and is my carrier of choice, good coverage both locally and regionally, service plans are fairly priced and straight forward , customer service has been accomodating when I have needed to employ it. I know the iphone has its followers but I am going to give the pre a try

    * Stuck patches? Partial erase worked for me.
    * Stuck virtual keyboard? Partial erase AND folder deletion worked for me.

I agree, plus my Instinct locked up more than and 18 wheeler's brakes on a icy highway.

why doesn't he just forward his post to at&t and palm and sprint- nothing personal against the op but we dont' need another 'why I did/didnt choose the pre'. Battery life and build quality are great, for me.
