This is probably a typo. Or maybe Dell is counting the 8MB mem stick as part of main memory. Or maybe a former airport metal detector technician wrote this. But for what it's worth, here is the copy from a Dell flyer I recieved yesterday:

How cool is this - a color PDA with a built-in MP3 player! This CLIE sports 16MB of memory for up to 11 hours of playback. Comes with headphones.

    $499
    SKU 604018-5
That IS a Palm III form-factor in my pocket, AND I'm happy to see you.

It's probably 8mb built in, and 8mb memory stick

How does 16MB offer 11 hours of music!? I thought it'd be more along the lines of 15 minutes.

11 hours without the battery running out (with the screen off at full charge.) the audioplayer is good though, esp. w/ 128 mb

Ohhh, I thought they meant you could fit 11 hours of music on a 16MB card. Nevermind,
