Heads-up: C|Net has published an article about Palm's new m125, which the article says will be released next week.

Those PDAGeek pictures are very fake. The first one is just an m100/m105 with a card info app, 125 and different color. The 2nd and 3rd are just copy and pasted SD cards on the side. I highly doubt Palm would release it with the SD slot on the side, what about the SD IO modules that will probably need to be mounted on the top?

Looks good! Brings to mind a thought I will post on the PPC thread....
That IS a Palm III form-factor in my pocket, AND I'm happy to see you.

How does's the M125's 33Mhz processor compare, speed-wise, to the high-end Palm and HandSpring models? (E.g., the Platinum and the M50x series?)

Same processor - same speed. Spec-wise, the m125 really is a Plat except for SD instead of SpringBoard and a newer OS.

If the m125 has the same screen as the m100 and m105 then that would be another major difference between the Platinum and m125. The Platinum screen is much larger (and more easily read) than the smaller m100 series screens. Correct me if I'm wrong about the m125's screen size.
