In a recent survey of "enterprise/corporate" IT customers, RIM is projected to remain #1 increasing from 73% to 77%. But moving up very rapidly is Apple, which is bumping off Palm for the number 2 spot, increasing from 5% to 11% (and leapfrogging over Nokia and Motorola). Meanwhile Palm is slipping quickly to #3, dropping from 18% to 8%. Furthermore, Apple is taking the #1 spot in customer satisfaction (60% to RIM's 47% "very satisfied"), while Palm drops precipitously from #3 to #6 in satisfaction, with only 10% "very satisfied".
