    I wonder who has the rights to the iPhone name? This could get interesting.

    Cisco does according to an engadget article.

    I've read at other websites that Cisco has the trademark name iPhone™. But they most likely only mean in america (yes there is a world outside, and yes, they do have mobile phones and such, i know it is pretty unbelieveable)
