The latest nightly seems mostly functional: WiFi, Audio, GSM, Data, rotation, brightness. Only odd issue I saw far is a font in Settings app not behaving (i.e. not Prelude), (browser is broken currently on all nightlies and under investigation, has to do with Qt 5.5.1 upgrade which has some funny side effects). For people who have a Galaxy Nexus it can be found in the nightly/testing folders for maguro. You need to have Android 4.2.2 on your device in order to be able to use it.
