Share Hardware with Vivaldi Tablet

As many people might know there is a project to build an "open source tablet" called Vivaldi (Make Play Live: Vivaldi Tablet) lead by Aaron Seigo. They are currently in the process to build a tablet based on components with open source drivers available (have a look at Aarons video podcast: The Luminosity of Free Software E2 - YouTube) to install KDE Plasma Active.

Wouldn't it be possible to reuse this upcoming tablet to install open WebOS on it?
