My Palm Pre died and I do not have a back-up of my contacts.
Does somebody have a webos device (not in use) to plug in my profile and then send me a soft copy of my contacts?
It would be much appreciated.

It should be available to you through Google if you have synced your contacts there...

Or try through HP Smartphone

I really would not suggest giving such personal access to someone on teh interwebz.

There is no real HP support for this type of thing. They do not do syncs and send information.

In what way is your device "dead"? The screen not working? The device not powering up completely? If you can get your device powered up, there are ways of exporting contacts. If you simply cannot power up your phone and it is truly 'dead' - I would NEVER, EVER give my info to anyone to access my account to get my contacts. I'd first spend a couple of bucks on eBay purchasing an old, scratched up Pre- to do it myself before I'd every give anyone else access to my account.

Have you tried logging in with Google to retrieve your contact info?

Log into your gmail > Click the down arrow (v) next to your account name > click Account > on the left side menu click Data Liberation > Download your Circles and Contacts

If you have synced through Google this will get you the data you are asking for.
