Will anyone make a port for the HTC Inspire 4G for AT&T or Desire HD for T-Mobile? (same phone)

    TIA

Does Open webOS support LTE hardware, since no webOS device has ever supported it?

That's the bigger question that needs to be answered before anyone can start talking about porting to any specific 4G LTE device.

I don't think it really matters if the OS supports it. It's more the hardware that needs to support it, the OS is secondary. It needs drivers, but if there are drivers for Android, it should be easy to port these to webOS I would expect since they both use Linux kernel?

It has been said a few times by webOS Internals people that there is NO guarantee that any specific phone has been / currenty is / will be in future targeted for a port of Open Source webOS.

They don't have the code in hand...

They can't try to port until they do...

They won't hold out false promise by listing any device they might work on...

Only results will be announced and that is not happening right now...
