help please for getting Isilo loaded

I am having a hard time getting my Isilo loaded on to my motion app. Has anyone have success loading yours. Please help me get mine working. I haven't received help from the company that worked.

two steps:

1. Check our the instructions on how to install the app at Customer Support - MotionApps

2. If you encounter any issue while doing this, tell us what you did and how Classic/iSilo behaved – ping our support at MotionApps Customer Support

We’ll do our best to help you out ASAP.
