Exclamation Classic: Password / Security Applet Bug

Hi. When entering a password in the security app, all the characters are echoed to the screen twice. Also, Classic will not hold on to a switch to numeric mode, you have to hold down the Orange key.

The same issues apply to entering a password when going to view private records in an application (like Memos, for instance).

Restarting Classic got rid of the doubling, but when it told me that the password was wrong, it locked Classic up.

I probably have to put in the password doubled...

We are aware of this issue with Classic doubling characters as you type and will be addressing it as soon as possible (we have a fix, and will include it in the next update)

The workaround is just as you report: close Classic and launch it again for the keyboard to work as intended.
